Spring is here! Someone told me a couple of weeks ago that when I started seeing people out painting the playgrounds, then it would really be spring. Guess what I saw several men doing the last few days?! Painting playgrounds! Even if there is rain and cool weather in the forecast, according to the flowers, the trees and the abundant sunshine ... spring has sprung!
